Calgary Renovation Show 2026 Contest

Terms & Conditions

By entering the Calgary Renovation Show 2026 Contest (the “Contest”), you agree to the following Terms & Conditions as set out below.

1. Organizer

This Contest is organized by LBProjects | Calgary Home Renovations (“LBProjects”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

2. Eligibility

  • The Contest is open to individuals who attend the Calgary Renovation Show 2026 and enter via the official QR code landing page.

  • Entrants must be legal residents of Alberta and 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

  • Employees, contractors, or immediate family members of LBProjects are not eligible to win.

3. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Contest in one of two ways:

  1. By submitting their name, email address, and renovation type through the official contest landing page form.

  2. By following LBProjects on Instagram and liking the official Renovation Show contest post.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

4. Contest Period

  • Entries will be accepted during the Calgary Renovation Show 2026 only.

  • All winners will be selected by January 31, 2026.

5. Prizes & Discounts

A total of four (4) winners will be selected.

Each winner will receive one renovation discount, applied as follows:

  • 10% off renovations up to $25,000

  • 7.5% off renovations up to $50,000

  • 5% off renovations up to $100,000

  • 3% off renovations over $100,000

Important Discount Conditions:

  • Discounts apply to the total renovation contract value only.

  • Discounts cannot be broken down, separated, or applied selectively to materials, labour, or project management.

  • Discounts are applied to the overall quoted amount only.

  • All discounts are calculated before GST.

  • Discounts have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or combined with other promotions.

6. Renovation Requirements

  • The renovation project must commence in the 2026 calendar year.

  • All projects are subject to LBProjects’ availability, scheduling, scope review, and standard contract terms.

  • All renovation quotes are subject to approval by LBProjects and may be declined at our discretion.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

  • Winners will be contacted by email and/or direct message on Instagram, depending on the method of entry.

  • If a winner cannot be contacted within a reasonable timeframe, LBProjects reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

8. Quote & Project Approval

  • Receiving a discount does not guarantee project acceptance.

  • All projects must meet LBProjects’ construction standards, scope feasibility, and scheduling requirements.

  • Final pricing, scope, and timelines will be confirmed through a formal written quote and contract.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected through the Contest will be used solely for:

  • Contest administration

  • Winner notification

  • Renovation follow-up communication

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties

10. General Conditions

  • LBProjects reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest at any time if circumstances beyond our control arise.

  • By entering, participants release LBProjects from any liability related to the Contest or prize use.

  • This Contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
