Founded by Marc Lifely and Gary Byrne, the company manages renovations from early planning and trade coordination through construction, finishing and final deficiencies.
What Does a General Contractor Do?
LBProjects acts as the general contractor and project-management lead for residential renovations throughout Calgary. Rather than requiring homeowners to coordinate individual trades themselves, we organize the construction process as one managed project. Depending on the renovation, this can include demolition, framing, structural work, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, tile, flooring, cabinetry, millwork, painting and finishing. We coordinate trade scheduling, material requirements, site supervision, inspections, change orders and communication as the project progresses. Homeowners have a primary LBProjects contact throughout the renovation, helping keep decisions, scheduling and construction information organized from planning through final deficiencies.
